Scope and parties
This draft describes the intended model: Turpronto connects customers with experience operators. The operator identified in each offer delivers the activity; Fala Noleggi SRL manages the portal. The operator’s contractual role, payment collection authority and supplier agreements must be defined and reviewed before accepting sales. Publishing this draft does not establish those agreements.
Accounts and proper use
Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Anyone booking for a group must be able to act for the participants and provide only necessary information. Account-holder age requirements, treatment of minors and representation terms must be approved before launch. Fraud, unauthorized access, false documents, unlawful content and bookings intended to block inventory are prohibited.
Offer, price and confirmation
Before payment, check the operator, date and time zone, participants, total price, inclusions, exclusions, meeting point, requirements and cancellation terms. The server rechecks availability. A temporary hold or returning from a payment page does not constitute confirmation: check the booking status after payment verification. Demo offers are excluded.
Experience, accessibility and AI assistant
Follow the operator’s safety instructions. The assistant suggests options based on your criteria but may make mistakes and cannot invent availability, discounts or accessibility features. Check the listing and confirm essential requirements with the operator. Do not enter diagnoses or medical documents into chat. An AI suggestion does not change an order’s price or terms.
Problems, responsibility and changes
Keep the order reference and report problems or discrepancies promptly. This draft does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable law, consumer jurisdiction, complaints and dispute resolution require review for the markets served. Final terms must be versioned and communicated; new commission rates do not retroactively change confirmed order amounts.
